AYC AGM 2024 - Sunday 8th December 11:00am

Please take the time to read the 2024 AGM Papers, in particular, the Chairman's Report, which highlights the key developments, challenges, and successes of the past year. 

Please also make an effort to attend the AGM to thank those that are standing down from the Executive Committee and to support those who have stepped forward to continue the work of running our club. Active participation by all members is essential for the club's identity, morale, community spirit, and long-term viability.  

Immediately following the AGM, volunteer awards will be presented to a number of members in recognition of their support for the club. An Open Forum will then allow members to raise any issues with the Executive Committee. The bar will be open after the meeting has concluded.

The Club's AGM will be held on Sunday 8th December 2024 at 11:00am with tea, coffee and mince pies served from 10:15 to 10:45am. The Agenda includes Item 10, AYC Rule Book amendments. The proposed amendments are available on the Club website to members who are logged in. A copy of last year's AGM minutes can also be found on the website.
