Their Pizzas are made using home-made dough, to a traditional Neapolitan recipe, using Italian Pizza flour. This takes around 24 hrs to prove, thus they have only a limited supply - once it's gone, it's gone! Pizzas are hand-made to order and then cooked on their wood-fired oven.
