RNLI Draw
The Draw costs only £1 per square and the lucky winner takes the contents of the hamper at the bar. Please buy a square with your round of drinks or donate any prizes to benefit our club charity, the RNLI.
Friday Pop-Up Catering
- 14th August Spice and Rice
- 28th August Flaming Good Pizza. The Red Arrows are due at Sidmouth at 4pm, so we may be able to watch much of the display from the club?
AYC 90th Anniversary Celebration
On Saturday 24th October we will hold a Gangster & Molls themed gala dinner and dance to mark the occasion of our club's 90th birthday. A welcome cocktail, three-course meal and live band are included in the £20 ticket price. Book early, tickets are limited and expected to sell fast. BOOK HERE
Quiz Nights
The ever popular and fiercely competitive Quiz will recommence at 7pm on Friday 9th October and run through the winter months. Teams are invited to bring 10 Questions to ask their competitors but dont make them too difficult, or you'll be fined points yourself!
Pig Race Night
On Saturday 21st November we will be holding another Pig Racing Night. Those that have been before will know that no animals are harmed, all jockeys are hamateur and the jokes wont get any better. A riotous evening of fun, gambling and laughter for all the family. Bring your friends (or even the in-laws?) and plenty of cash for the tote style bookies. Losing pigs will be served in the Sausage & Chip supper… details to follow.
Christmas Chaos
On Saturday 12th December we welcome the outrageous Dierdre Darling to AYC for a night of music, cabaret & games, all topped-off with her unique comedy and glamour. This cheeky event is for adults only because Dierdre can sometimes slip the occasional rude word when things dont go her way… Only £10 covers a night's side-splitting laughter and table snacks. Rocking the Christmas Tree
On Friday 18th December we will again raise the clubhouse roof as we attempt to murder a wide range of our favourite tunes. It is not a carol service, Terry-oke is a bit like Karaoke but out of tune and no-one is expect to perform solo (unless they want to!). Bring your ear-plugs and be ready to belt out popular songs.
