Slipway Repairs

The team of volunteers has done a marvellous job, the slipway has now been repaired and extended a further three metres! The lower outer edge will be sealed with bulk cement to complete the new construction. Additional work will continue over the coming weeks to infill the south side of the slipway, but this is not so dependent upon the low tides that we had this week.

Many thanks to all who have helped in this project, your efforts have been much appreciated. The slipway is an essential facility for the Club. It's repair and improvement will benefit the membership as a whole.

Lastly, I have to say special thanks to the ladies who provided us with the cakes, the lemon drizzle was tip top!
