The 'Login' button is top right of the website Home Page - any problems logging in contact info@axeyachtclub.co.uk
Select 'Profile & Membership'
Scroll down and select 'My renewals'
If everything is correct you will be able to continue to the payment screen.
If you would like to change any details of your membership, vehicle access, boats or services please do NOT renew but email membership@axeyachtclub.co.uk with the details you would like to change.
Membership Year
The Membership year runs for 12 months from 1st April to 31st March for ALL fees.
Vehicle Access
The charges for one permit for vehicle access are included in Single, Joint and Family membership fees. Renew your membership (do select the vehicle access renewal charged at £0.00) and you will receive one permit. If you purchased more than one permit the renewal will list the charges for the additional permits.
ANPR will automatically lapse on 31st March 2026 and will only renew on payment of the 2026/2027 fees.
If you are registered for ANPR and change your vehicle, you need to email the ANPR team with your change of vehicle registration details. The Membership Secretary does NOT keep a record of your vehicle so does NOT need to be told if you change your vehicle.

Online payment security
The SSL certificate of a website protects the users by keeping personal information safe (credit cards etc). Our independent IT consultants have confirmed that the AYC website has a valid SSL certificate and it is safe to make online payments. Our website administrator Sailing Club Manager uses Lets Encrypt for HTTPS and this covers multiple domains. All payments are processed directly with our chosen payment gateway (Stripe) and do not go via SCM servers.
