Can I park at AYC? 

Access to the AYC yard and parking is only available to Club members (and their guests if a visitor's permit is purchased). Each membership (Single, Joint, or Family) includes one vehicle access permit. This permit can be transferred between vehicles if you have more than one vehicle, but only one vehicle is permitted on site at any one time. A valid permit must be displayed in the front windscreen at all times when on site.

How do I open the barrier?

To enter or leave the yard use your fob on the sensor to the right of the barrier. In addition you may register for ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition). Do not allow non-members to tail-gate.

Where should I park?

Please park on the beach top. Please park considerately - do NOT park near the slipway or block access to other people's boats/trailers.

Can I purchase a second vehicle access permit?

A second permit can be purchased for £30.50. Email the Membership Secretary who will raise an invoice. Once paid, the second permit will be issued. 

Who should I contact to arrange ANPR access?

One vehicle per access permit can be registered for ANPR in addition to fob access. Email the ANPR team with your vehicle registration number (do NOT contact the membership secretary to arrange this). If you purchase a second vehicle access permit you can register a second vehicle for ANPR. A valid permit must also be displayed in the front windscreen at all times when on site.

I have changed my vehicle, who should I tell?

If you are registered for ANPR and change your vehicle, you need to email the ANPR team with your change of vehicle registration details. The Membership Secretary does not keep a record of your vehicle so does NOT need to be told if you change your vehicle. 

Can my guest park their car at the club?

You must purchase a visitor's parking permit (£5 per day) and your guest must display the permit clearly on their dashboard. There is a book of permits in the clubhouse entrance hallway.
