AGM - How to access the e-Voting System

Login from the home page (or click 'Portal' if you are already logged in)

On the AYC Member's Portal page there is a link to 'Polls' on the left hand side. Click the link.

You will then see a list of Upcoming, Open and Recent Polls. Click 'Start' to vote in an Open Poll.

AGM papers sent out by email (and by post to those who requested that) include postal voting forms, which can be used if you prefer not to use the e-voting system. Postal votes must be submitted to the Secretary by Friday 4th December.
