Halloween Party goes with a Bang!

The clubhouse was packed for the Halloween/Bonfire party last weekend. It was great to see all sections of the Club represented. Thanks to Bob & Sheila Mercer who provided pumpkin soup, garlic bread, sausages & jacket potatoes. Fran Clayton did a great job organising competitions for the cadets - judge Penny Coplestone awarded Zachary's spider the prize for best costume, the first placed pumpkin lantern was Callum's containing a ghost, & Phoenix's pumpkin pie was voted best bake. Marshmallows were toasted on a BBQ and the fire brigade kindly left Robbie's magnificent bonfire burning. A great evening!
