AYC 5yr Development Plan 2018-2023

The AYC Development Plan lays out the Club's ambitions & plans for the 5yr period commencing 1st October 2018. The main purpose of the plan is to provide a clear direction enabling the Club to focus activity & investment in both people & facilities identified for development. It aims to build on the success of the Club's '5yr Strategy to Develop Family Sailing' 2012-2017. The Executive Committee has recently reviewed & updated the Development Plan; the updated document is available in 'The Club' area of the website.
