Changes to Cadet & Dinghy Programme for 2016

The cadet WG is working closely with the dinghy section to integrate activities more closely in 2016. The racing WG will also be introducing a few changes to the dinghy programme to increase opportunities to participate. See 'Dinghy Sailing-What's new for 2016! ' via the Activities Afloat tab above.
