Commodore awards Lloyds Bank Shield to 'Team Shepherd & Bartlett'!
At the AGM, Commodore Steve Biddle presented Dennis & Dawn Shepherd and Mike & Hazel Bartlett with the award for outstanding contribution to the Club. New 'Club Awards' were also presented by Club President David Crees.

Mark Jenkins and Mike & Jane Calvert share the Achievement Trophy
Congratulations to Mark Jenkins and Mike & Jane Calvert who were jointly awarded the Achievement Trophy at this year's Prize Giving. Mark won his class at Dartmouth Regatta and Mike & Jane regained the Merlin Rocket Silver Tiller.

Friday Night Talk & Photo Competition - 16th December 7.30pm
The last Friday evening talk before Christmas will be a 20 minute talk on the AYC Summer Cruise to the Solent given by Dennis Shepherd (no entrance fee). This will be followed by a Club photo competition. Entry fee £1 per photo (max 2 entries per member), the total will be divided for prize money. Harry wins the Lysander Trophy for 2016 Best Overall Cadet Performance
Well done to Harry Newbury who was presented with the Lysander Trophy by Commodore Steve Biddle at this year's Prize Giving. Other cadet winners included Tom Clayton (Best Junior Improver), Katie Birt (Best Senior Improver) and Xavier Entwistle (Best Beginner). Guy Clayton was awarded the Ron Amey Trophy for his outstanding contribution to the Cadet & Family Sailing section.
