Club Dinghy Coaching Weekend
The coaching weekend has been designed for dinghy sailors who want to get more out of their boats and improve their racing experience. The weekend will be best suited to those who have at least one seasons sailing under their belts.
The programme is split up into multiple sessions and people can pick and choose which areas they wish to take part in.The programme is presented below, in order to understand how popular sessions will be and to allow the instructors to plan the sessions please use the booking options.
Saturday 7th April – HW 1118 / 2.9m

1400 - 1445 | Preparing your boat for ease of sailing and performance: Rigging, Sail set, Sail trim. | |
1500 – 1530 | Teamwork in crewed boats –the helm steers the boat, but the teamwork wins the race! The role of the crew as information provider, tactician and sail handler. |
