AGM & Open Forum - Sunday 8th December

As the clubhouse is undergoing refurbishment this winter, the AGM this year is being held at Kilmington Village Hall on Sunday, 8th December at 11:00am, with tea/coffee served from 10:15 to 10:45. Kilmington Village Hall is located on the Whitford Road, which is opposite Millers Farm shop on the western end of the A35 Axminster Bypass. Parking is a little limited outside Kilmington Village Hall so please car share wherever possible.

There will be an open forum following the AGM where members can ask questions of the committee. There should also be a bar open after the meeting and forum closes but we need to be clear of the hall by 3:00pm so help with clearing up will be much appreciated.
