Member's Consultation Meeting, 11:00 Sunday 10th Feb

The AYC Development Plan subcommittee has been looking at the needs and requirements of the Club over the next 5-10 years. As you know, the changing facilities have been identified as a short-term priority. There are issues around safeguarding and accessibility that we must address to future-proof the Club.
The subcommittee has been exploring options for reconfiguring the clubhouse to make better use of the current footprint for the benefit of all members. Reconfiguration gives us the opportunity to look at how best to use the fantastic space and location we have.
We have explored a number of options over the last six months and have drafted an outline proposal which we would like your opinion on. This is the second of two 'Consultation Meetings' to which any AYC member is invited.
There will be a short presentation and a Q&A session.
Following the meeting, the bar will open at 12:00 as normal and Bob will be serving Sunday lunch from 12:30:
- Farmhouse Beef Casserole with Cheese dumplings
- Sticky toffee pud with custard
- 30 places on a first come first served basis (when it's gone, it's gone)
- £5:00 for the two courses
