Published 00:00 on 3 Mar 2016

The final Friday evening talk of the winter season is one not to miss. Sally Kettle is the first woman to have rowed the Atlantic Ocean twice from East to West, and once with her mother! Adventurer, TV presenter and author, she is an inspirational & motivational speaker.

Tickets at £3 each must be booked in advance - contact Dennis Shepherd or Mike Bartlett - they can be found in the bar on Friday nights between 6-8pm, and one or other of them is usually found in Fred's shed during the week. If you can't get to the Club to book a ticket, please email social@axeyachtclub.co.uk telling us how many tickets you would like (+/- buffet) and send a cheque made out to AYC to the clubhouse (Axe Yacht Club - FAO Dennis Shepherd, Harbour Road, Axmouth, EX12 4AA).

Buffet supper will follow the talk - price £5 each. The tickets will go fast so book early to avoid disappointment!!
