Sept Dinghy series R7&8

The OOD intends to run the session as originally planned (i.e. beach launch and 11:00 start for first race) as having given due consideration to the forecast weather and sea state there is a chance that conditions will be acceptable for competent dinghy sailors. However, the OOD will make an appropriate decision on the day having carefully assessed the conditions and the experience of the crews wishing to race.
